Caring for Environment with Eco-enzyme
The Eco-enzyme Nusantara Community was formed in 2019 for the same awareness and concern from environmental activists on the issue of global warming, waste management conditions, and environmental pollution.
Eco-enzyme Nusantara Vice Chairman II, Paul L. Iskandar explained that the community has a passion in saving the earth from global warming through processing organic waste into eco-enzyme which provides many benefits.
According to him, the community continues to invite people to care for each other and share about the environment and the earth. With volunteers more than 20 provinces, they continue to socialize and invite people to process organic waste into eco-enzyme.
"We invite Jakartans to care for the environment with eco-enzymes thus can contribute to overcoming the waste problem in the capital, which ultimately results in a healthier and cleaner Jakarta," he expressed, on the sidelines of the Caring for the Environment with Eco-enzyme for a Healthier and Cleaner Jakarta event at Menteng Park, Central Jakarta, Sunday (1/23).
He explained that waste is a common problem that must be solved together by each individual and starts from the household as one of the producers of waste. Every household should start sorting out their waste, namely organic and inorganic. Inorganic waste to be recycled again in a bid to produce added value. Meanwhile, organic waste can be used as raw material for eco-enzymes
"We're collaborating with the administration for a routine socialization and education on the manufacture and use of eco-enzymes more widely, by utilizing public facilities in Jakarta area. Eco-enzyme has many benefits and is one of the solutions for processing organic waste that is easy and cheap, thus it can be done by the community," he closed.
