South Jakarta PPKD Opens Registration for Vocational Training

The South Jakarta Regional Job Training Center (PPKD) has opened registration for competency-based training in 2022.

Those 13 vocational trainings will be held in the upcoming March

South Jakarta PPKD Head, Agustina Sari mentioned, there would be 13 vocational trainings with a regular or face-to-face system held at South Jakarta PPKD Building and Mobile Training Unit (MTU) or training in residential areas.

"Those 13 vocational trainings will be held in the upcoming March," she said, Monday (1/24).

There were several vocational trainings offered, namely computer operator, computer engineering, culinary arts, fashion design, make-up, automotive four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles, English and Japanese, graphic design, electric welding, and housekeeping.

"Regular vocational training is opened for 20 participants per batch, while MTU is opened for 10 participants per batch," she conveyed.

It is free of charge. Residents who are interested to participate in the training may register through the website https://bit.ly/DasboardPelatihan.

"To join the training, every participant must be at least 17 years old and graduate from high school. We are still open up the opportunities for those who have pre-employment cards and don't have skills yet," she informed.

Her party targeted around 1,000 people to take a part in the training.

"Hopefully, COVID-19 will end soon, thus this training can be held and provide benefits for many," she closed.
