300 Residents Targeted to Get Booster Shots at RPTRA Garuda

As many as 300 residents were targeted to receive third dose/booster shots at RPTRA Garuda Cilangkap, Cipayung, East Jakarta, Monday (1/24).

Around 90 percent of participants are elderly and the rest are adults

Cilangkap Urban Village Head, Nasir Sugiar conveyed, this booster vaccination was provided for RW 01 residents, especially those who had received booster vaccine tickets in the PeduliLindungi application. According to him, it will also be carried out in other RWs.

"Today, we are targeting to vaccinate 300 people at RPTRA Garuda. Around 90 percent of participants are elderly and the rest are adults," he stated.

This vaccination service involved 8 health workers from Cilangkap Urban Village Health Center (Puskesmas). They were assisted by RPTRA and RT/RW administrators, Jumantik, TP PKK, dasawisma cadres, FKDM and LMK.

"In total, there are 12 joint personnel involved in this activity," he added.

One of the participants, Sumiati (61), a resident of RW 01 Cilangkap expressed her gratitude because the vaccination location was close to her house.

"I can walk from home and take a part in the third vaccination today," she said.
