COVID-19 Vaccination Rate Reaches 136.98 Percent in North Jakarta

The North Jakarta Government continues to intensify COVID-19 vaccination program. As of February 2, 2022, dose 1 vaccination rate for children aged 6 to elderly reached 1,916,892 or 136.98 percent from total target 1,399,380 people.

We continue to accelerate third dose or booster vaccination which currently has reached 74,111 people or 5.30 percent

North Jakarta Health Sub-agency Disease Prevention and Control (P2) Section Head, Arief Wahyudi mentioned, vaccination program was intensified as an effort to reduce the risk of being exposed to COVID-19.

"We continue to accelerate third dose or booster vaccination which currently has reached 74,111 people or 5.30 percent," he said, Thursday (2/3).

Vaccination Rate in Thousand Islands Reaches 97.30 Percent

He informed that vaccination rate for children aged 6-11 years in North Jakarta reached 129,058 people or 75.22 percent target. While for the second dose reached 75,547 people or 44.61 percent.

"Due to increasing COVID-19 cases, there are 4,166 active cases in North Jakarta, consisting of 3,125 people undergoing self-isolation and 1,041 people being treated," he explained.
