Good News to Transjakarta Users, TIJE App Can Now Be Accessed Again

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta)'s TIJE application can now be used again by TIJE customers after going through the maintenance stage due to a fire incident at Cyber Building some time ago.

The repair and maintenance process has been completed and from today it can be accessed

PT. Transjakarta Engineering and Digital Director, M. Indrayana said, customers who already have the TIJE app can update to the latest version. While people who do not have one can download it via Android or IOS.

"Thank God, the repair and maintenance process has been completed and from today it can be accessed," he stated Tuesday (2/8).

He explained that the TIJE app is a modern digital platform that provides various advanced and simple features to make it easier f, or people to plan trips with Transjakarta.

This app has many advanced and real-time features such as Tjari Bus (find bus), Lacak Bus (track bus), and it can facilitate customers to buy tickets anytime and anywhere.

"This is a big leap made by Transjakarta as a part of our consistency in improving services for our loyal customers," he conveyed.

For information, the TIJE app which was officially launched in early 2021, is equipped with various features such as Route Search, Nearest Bus Stop Information, Current Bus Position, Regular Bus Ticket Purchase, and Royaltrans Ticket Booking.
