"Now it still appears with small amount due to some reckless people. That is why our Silpa is high. They worried to run the projects," Basuki added.

Basuki revealed, as the example during the garbage truck purchase this year. The budget was ready and the purchase has been proceed through e-catalog. Suddenly, the budget was missing in city budget amendment.

"Another example is social donation without proposal could happen here," he added.

Basuki has fired some civil officials who listed the stealth budget in city budget.

Moreover, Jakarta Provincial Government also asks BPKP, KPK, and BPK to investigate the city budget in order to find the misuse.
