Several Ways to Prevent Covid-19 Infection in Duren Tiga

The Duren Tiga Urban Village, Pancoran, South Jakarta continues to conduct intensive efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19, starting from spraying disinfectants to monitoring residents exposed to Covid-19 and those undergoing self-isolation at home.

It is done every Friday to residential areas, public facilities, as well as houses of worship and educational facilities

Duren Tiga Urban Village Head, Mursid said he had collaborated with South Jakarta PMI to spray disinfectant.

"It is done every Friday to residential areas, public facilities, as well as houses of worship and educational facilities," he expressed, Wednesday (2/16).

His party was also working with local RT/ RW, FKDM, and Dasawisma to collect data and monitor residents infected with Covid-19 who take independent isolation in their respective homes.

"Afterward, we send the data to the Jakarta Social Agency (dinsos) for food supply," he expressed.

He went on to say that the mask-wearing operation was also a routine agenda at the point of the residents' trajectory and monitor health protocols in places of business and offices.

"We also give out 10,000 masks to locals from Jakarta BNPB and BPPD, including providing the vaccination service for the first and second doses," he added.

Thus far, around 26,000 people, or 90 percent had enjoyed the service.

"For the booster shot, we are cooperating with the Duren Tiga Urban Village and Pancoran Sub-district health centers, as well as stakeholders," he concluded.
