Local Apparatus Asked to Optimize Synergy to Anticipate Acts of Terror

"Our thanks to LPSK for completing the commitment. When we heard about their plans to fulfill this responsibility, we were ready to be a facilitator and this is proven today," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

He said that no matter how big the amount of compensation was, it would never be able to replace the grief of loss faced by the victims. Thereby, solidarity is needed, so Jakarta is directly involved in supporting the efforts of LPSK.

"In Jakarta for instance, anyone who experiences any kind of violence, we will handle it 100%, we will pay for it without asking for their ID card status, the important thing is that they are Indonesian citizens and are in Jakarta. If we experience violence, we will take full responsibility," he explained.

"Through LPSK, this is a form of our efforts to prevent the emergence of new events. We would like to extend our greetings to the families who were absent today. Once again we are ready to support and hopefully, we can rise together, as the state is here to protect all its residents," he concluded.
