Sooner or later, the Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area (PRKP) Agency is set to build a low-cost rental apartment, locally known as Rusunawa on the 21,526-square-meter-wide land of Jalan Tongkol 10, Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta.

The rusunawa is intended for residents affected by the construction of the Ancol River to Ciliwung Lama River in Walang Village.
PRKP Agency Head, Sarjoko said it would have nine blocks with 546 units of type 36 square meters with each block having seven floors.
