The South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency has started arranging the sidewalks alongside Jalan Kalibata Raya, RW 07 or precisely around under the flyover that crosses the Ciliwung River, Rawa Jati Urban Village, Pancoran Sub-district.

It is focused on two points

Pancoran Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head Dandy said the arrangement was conducted to follow up on the results of the recess of Jakarta DPRD members.

"It is focused on two points, namely under and across the flyover with a land area of about 60 square meters," he expressed, Friday (3/18).

The work involving around ten workers has been ongoing since Thursday (3/10) and is targeted to be completed next week.

RT 02/07 Rawajati Chairman Wawan uttered the land under the flyover also functions as a place for residents to evacuate when a flood occurs.

"This is done by installing blocks, painting, and making a small garden to make it look more beautiful and comfortable for residents," he closed.
