Central Jakarta Mayor Dhany Sukma launched MSME Bazaar in the Mayor's Office Yard on Thursday (3/24). This event was held simultaneously at administrative city and sub-district levels throughout Central Jakarta from today until Friday (3/25).

This event was initiated by Industry Trade Cooperative Small Medium Enterprise (PPKUKM) Sub-agency ahead of Ramadan to develop MSME products and expand their markets.

"We offer various MSME products from Jakpreneurs in Central Jakarta," he conveyed.

According to him, MSME products marketed in this bazaar had good quality and packaging. He expected Central Jakarta Jakpreneurs would be known to the wider community to develop their business and increase the turnover.

"If the packaging is good, of course, the contents are higher quality," he expressed.

Meanwhile, PPKUKM Sub-agency Head Derliana Melinda Sagala informed that MSME Bazaar applied Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system.

She mentioned that 38 participants were attended the bazaar at the administrative city level and 30 participants at the sub-district level. Products sold range from food, beverages, fashion, handicrafts, to ornamental plants.

"We hope the turnover in this bazaar can reach more than Rp 50 million," she said.
