New Integrated Service Center Now Opens at ITC Cempaka Mas

A new Integrated Service Center has been opened on the 5th floor (Food District Floor) of ITC Cempaka Mas. It consists of services related to Samsat, Population and Civil Registration, and Jakpreneur.

The inauguration of the Integrated Service Center was marked by a ribbon-cutting by Central Jakarta Mayor Dhany Sukma on Wednesday (3/30). This event was also attended by Jakarta Bapenda Head Lusiana Herawati, Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Director Kombes Pol Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperative Small and Medium Enterprise (PPKUKM) Agency Head Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo, Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency Head Budi Awaludin, and Sinar Mas Land ITC Group Division Head Christine N. Tanjungan.
In his remarks, Dhany Sukma expected the service to provide convenience for Jakarta residents to access the services, such as paying vehicle taxes, managing documents related to population administration, and providing Jakpreneur one-stop service.

For information, Samsat service is open every Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and closed on weekends and public holidays. While Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) service is open every Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 15:00.
Sinar Mas Land ITC Group Division Head Christine N. Tanjungan conveyed that her side was moved to support Jakarta Government's program in providing public services with comfortable facilities and under one roof. According to her, similar integrated public services would be also provided at ITC Mangga Dua and ITC Ambasador.
"We want to provide services to the community while creating a business for traders and MSMEs," she stated.
A Sunter resident named Tirta (58) who visited ITC Cempaka Mas expressed his satisfaction with the integrated public service in the shopping center. He considered the service was very fast and the staffs were friendly.
"The process of extending my STNK is been completed in no more than 15 minutes. I will come back later to take care of other documents," he said.
