City Budget Ratification Misses Schedule, Ahok Says

Basuki Tjahaja 'Ahok' Purnama is not too expecting the City Budget Draft (RAPBD) 2015 will be passed on time.
We ask SKPD to run as usual in 2015 using the 2014 b udget
"It's up to the board, we have submitted all. We also ready to use the last year budget, we have arranged all to use 2014 APBD," said Basuki at City Hall, Tuesday (12/9).
Seeing the 2015 City Budget (APBD) condition which may not be passed on time, Basuki admitted to instruct through Provincial Working Unit (SKPD) to arrange and prepare the budget.

Basuki admitted, his side also includes the unused funds (Silpa) of 2014 budget as much as Rp 6 trillion. The budget will be used for land buying as green open space (RTH), heavy equipment procurement to maintain and to dredge river, dump truck procurement, and road improvement. This step is taken to prevent delay in city's project.
