Kelapa Island Urban Village Head Irfan Damanhuri said it has been operating since Monday (4/4) from 8 PM to 10:30 PM.

He explained that it also aimed at facilitating locals to get vaccinated and help those who want to go home to celebrate Eid al-Fitr.
"For three days, we have served around 45 people," he stated.
