300 People Vaccinated at Night Vaccination Service in Cipayung

A total of 300 residents attend the night vaccination service which was held at Cipayung Utama Park, Jalan Raya Cilangkap, Cipayung Urban Village, East Jakarta.

Initially, the vaccination service was scheduled from Monday (4/11) to Wednesday (4/13). But due to overwhelming demand, it was extended until Thursday (4/14) Cipayung Urban Village office.

Cipayung Urban Village Head Yulian Fathiniah said it was carried out in collaboration with Cipayung Urban Village Health Center, KDH Bureau, and Bank DKI. It targeted to vaccinate 100 people a day.

"But last night, more than 200 people came, so vaccination was continued today at the urban village office," she explained, Thursday (4/14).

There were 2 health workers involved from Bank DKI and 3 health workers from the urban village health center. They were assisted by 5 PKK cadres, RPTRA administrators, and PPSU.

"We provide second and third doses using AstraZeneca," she added.

According to her, vaccination participants were mostly employees. They might be busy during the day or because of fast, thus many people preferred to take vaccination shots at night.

Sofyan (29), a Cipayung resident admitted that he wanted to take a booster shot because he planned to go to his hometown (mudik) on Eid al-Fitr.

"Fortunately, there is a vaccination service at night, so I can take a booster shot," he stated.
