City Government Apparatus Must Have CROP

Jakarta Provincial Government just launched smart city application on Monday (12/15). It’s expected all aspiration, report, or complaint from citizens can be responded by Jakarta Provincial Government using this application.
It's expected to give the citizen a transparent, effective, and quick service
To support this application, all Jakarta Provincial Government apparatus such as Sub District and Urban Village Head must download CROP (Public Opinion Quick Response). While the citizen can download same application namely QLUE. Both applications are only available in android device temporarily for this time.
Agus Bambang Setiowidodo, Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Public Relation (Kominfomas) Department Head said, the application has a good response. As many as 44 Sub District heads and 50 percent of Urban Village heads have downloaded CROP application.
City Launches Smart City App"I see there are many people have downloaded it, all Sub District heads and more than 50 percent of Urban Village head," said Agus Bambang, at Jakarta City Hall, Monday (12/15).
While QLUE application has been downloaded by more than 1,000 people.
Bambang continued, his side will continue to develop the two applications to support the smart city system run well in capital. With the application, the citizen can report the problem related to trash, flood, traffic, three in one jockey, illegal parking, people with social welfare issues (PMKS) existence and others.
"In the future, all citizens can see a vacant room in the hospital through this application," he continued.
Citizens are also able to submit incident around their area. "Their photo and report will be mapped digitally and integrated with the Jakarta Smart City system," he said.
Then, Bambang continued, the citizens report will be connected directly to smartcity.jakarta.go.id and CROP. So the apparatus just need to monitor CROP application to follow up citizens’ report.
The application can be also used as information source from Jakarta Provincial Government. The integrated data are fiber optic, water level, police post, and civil data.
