PTSP Service Returns to Normal After Eid Holiday

Public service returned to its normal pace on Monday (5/9), the first workday for civil servants across the archipelago following a 6-day collective Eid al-Fitr holiday approved by the government last month. One of them is the One-stop Integrated Service (PTSP).

The same condition was seen at the Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency in North Jakarta, which had restarted its services at the sub-agency, sub-district, and urban village levels. Services are open according to working hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.

"Services have re-opened and there are our officers who are on standby during public holidays following the picket schedule for emergency administration," he said.
