Dinsos Opens Registration for DTKS Phase 2 Until May 28

The Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) encourages Jakartans to take advantage of the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) Phase 2 which is open for registration from May 9 until 28, 2022.

Registration can be done online or directly register at the local urban village office by bringing a copy of ID card (KTP) and family card (KK)

Jakarta Social Agency Head Premi Lasari informed that DTKS is one of the reference data sources that will be used in social assistance programs, both sourced from APBN and APBD.

"We expect residents to share this information with people who are entitled to be registered in DTKS," she mentioned, Tuesday (5/17).

Dinsos Makes Various Efforts to Improve DTKS System

Initially, DTKS Phase 2 Registration was planned to open from May 1 to 20 but it was delayed due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday and joint leave. But now, residents can register for phase 2 at the website https://dtks.jakarta.go.id/.

"Registration can be done online or directly register at the local urban village office by bringing a copy of ID card (KTP) and family card (KK)," she said.

His side had coordinated with Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs) in optimizing DTKS registrants' data by validating data related to land and vehicles, Population Identification Numbers (NIK), and updating the number of registrants who are still waiting for approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs, and IT system capacity building.

Jakarta Social Agency's Social Security (Jamsos) Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) had also socialized and trained Social Assistants (Pendamsos) and Data Collection Officers in 267 urban villages. Therefore, she expected residents who experienced difficulties in registering online to contact the officers in each sub-districts.

"In the future, the Social Security Data and Information Center will evaluate Pendamsos, both in terms of quality and quantity to provide even a better service," she conveyed.

Registrant households with the following criteria are not allowed to register for DTKS:

1. Non-Jakarta residents

2. Domiciled outside Jakarta

3. There are household members who are permanent employees of BUMN, state civil apparatus (ASN), TNI, Police, DPR, or DPRD members

4. Household that owns a car

5. Household that owns the land and building with NJOP above Rp 1 billion

6. The main source of water used by households for drinking is branded bottled water (excluding refilled water)

7. Assessed not poor by the local community

Later, data in DTKS will be used as a reference for providing assistance programs sourced from Jakarta City Budget (APBD), such as Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ), Jakarta Children Card (KAJ), Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus, and Jakarta Excellent Student Card (KJMU).

As well as programs sourced from the Ministry of Social Affairs APBN, such as Family Hope Program (PKH), Staple Food Assistance Program, Health Insurance Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI), and others.
