It is also expected to strengthen institutional functions and improve the quality of program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
"I hope this moment can be a platform for cross-sectoral collaboration to map the root of the problem and formulate the best strategy to use one main reference for an Integrated Database managed by an Information Technology-based People Welfare Information System," he expressed, at Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Wednesday (3/9).
As for the information, when entering the era of society 5.0, the existence of an integrated information technology-based information system is a necessity.
The system can quickly and accurately integrate various data and interoperability with other systems without time and distance limits. Hence, it is necessary to realize an Information System in the management of an Integrated Database.
"The Integrated Database is also used to determine changes in the welfare status of the population, as well as the history of programs received by beneficiaries; whether it is household, family, individual, or group. These are an important basis for program planning, monitoring, and evaluation," he explained.
By doing so, the administration continues to strive to build collaborations with various parties. Aside that, it also needs the central government's support through the related ministry regarding the flexibility of access and development of target data, including population data from the Home Ministry and the Social Ministry's Integrated Data for Social Welfare (DTKS), which are expected to complement and confirm one another.
Thus, these efforts are expected to improve the quality of data and poverty reduction programs.
"I ask for coordination not to stop at this meeting moment. Coordination involving all stakeholders to be continued to make a grand design for the Development of Integrated Data Management in the implementation of social welfare in Jakarta," he explained.
He asserted that every step taken in tackling poverty must be in line with the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs), namely: universal, integration, and no one left behind.
"So, we can together realize the vision of the development of Jakarta, which is Maju Kotanya, Bahagia Warganya (making a developed city for happier people)," he closed.
