Sidewalk Arrangement on Jalan Widya Chandra Completed

Mampang Prapatan Sub-district Bina Marga Unit personnel have completed sidewalk arrangement along Jalan Widya Chandra, Kuningan Barat Urban Village.

Mampang Prapatan Sub-district Bina Marga Unit Head Afkaruddin said the arrangement was planned by South Jakarta Bina Marga as a routine maintenance.

"We re-arrange the sidewalk along Jalan Widya Chandra because it looks dull and uneven," he mentioned, Friday (5/20).

For the arrangement, as many as 6 Bina Marga personnel had been deployed since early March 2022. The work was carried out with a length of more than 200 meters with a width of 1.5 square meters.

"The arrangement is not carried out every day. If there are complaints from residents, the work is stopped temporarily because our personnel must follow up on the incoming complaints immediately," he explained.

He assessed that the current sidewalk on Jalan Widya Chandra had been arranged to be disabled-friendly.

"The arrangement is stopped in front of the LIPI building because we haven't received a response regarding sidewalk arrangement at the location," he conveyed.
