Jakarta Provincial Government continues the program of health house with low cost rental price through the Rusunawa (low cost flats) construction project. Moreover, the City Government will build 500 blocks rusunawa in capital starting next year. The 500 blocks are spread in 25 and 28 floors towers with total occupancy is 50 thousand units. Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, said so on Monday (12/29).

In order to realize the target, the city government will pursue developers and private companies who have not fulfilled their obligation to provide social and public facilities.

"We'll hunt them," Basuki said.

This year, added Basuki, the city government target to provide 4,000 units flat is already achieved.

"Total flat is 15 thousand units. It exceeds the target," he added.

Ahok asserted, the towers supervision will be tightened by promoting the levy through auto-debit payment system. The city government will also raid the flat and ready to evict residents who are not follows this rule.
