Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-dept. is no longer serving the civil documents service starting on today (1/12). The residents who want to get the birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificate, identity card (KTP), and the family card (KK) can manage in One Stop Services (PTSP) office in the whole area of Central Jakarta.

Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department Head, Asih said, all the civil registration services, both at the municipal and provincial levels are routed through PTSP starting this week.
