Starting Today, PTSP to Serve All Civil Registration Documents

Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-dept. is no longer serving the civil documents service starting on today (1/12). The residents who want to get the birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificate, identity card (KTP), and the family card (KK) can manage in One Stop Services (PTSP) office in the whole area of Central Jakarta.

Starting Monday, all service of birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificates are already in PTSP

Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department Head, Asih said, all the civil registration services, both at the municipal and provincial levels are routed through PTSP starting this week. This is in order with effectiveness and support the Jakarta Provincial Government program to Jakarta Baru (New Jakarta).

"Starting Monday, all service of birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificates are already in PTSP. No certificate services in urban villages and in the sub-district office," said Asih, Sunday (1/11).

PTSP Employees Must Serve Residents Deftly

He added the residents only need to submit the complete requirements to the officer at the PTSP counter.

He explained, for obtaining birth and death certificate take five work days. While the marriage certificate is 14 working days.
