East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana said the difficulty in coordinate and poor knowledge about the procurement of goods and service with ULP at provincial level is a reason for the regional working units (SKPD) against the lack of absorption in 2014. Therefore, he hopes the ULP at the city level can be processed quickly, so that absorption can be maximized.
"We have the ULP at the city level right now, and is hoped able to absorb budget highly this year," he stated, Tuesday (1/12).
