Jakarta Provincial Government has improved the One Stop Service Agency (BPTSP) service until the urban village level to facilitate the citizens in manage their documents. This institution will expand the service by applying the online permission procedure. The online permission service will be applied on upcoming March.

"Now the online system is still not ready. We will start to apply the system around March," said Jakarta BPTSP Head, Noor Syamsu, Tuesday (1/13).
According to Syamsu, online system will ease the citizens by filling the license proposal at home via internet, no need to come to PTSP office.

But, the system still waits the Diskominfomas (Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Public Relation Department) to establish an internet network in BPTSP offices.
"Later, the applicants must bring the original documents to be matched by the document which was sent via email before the permission is to be passed and given by us," he explained.
Syamsu added, his side will hold trial for building permit permission as soon as the internet connection is established.
"Three months are enough for establishing the connection, and we'll start immediately," he added.
