Balai Kota Bus Stop Returns to Serve Customers Today

After passing through the revitalization stage, Transjakarta has re-operated the Balai Kota Bus Stop on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta, on Monday (8/22).

Transjakarta Secretary Division Head Anang Rizkanii Noor said that the City Hall bus stop comes with a larger capacity and also has facilities that customers can take advantage of, starting from gate machines, toilets, surveillance cameras, passenger information system (PIS), Wi-Fi, prayer rooms, and so forth.

“Besides safety, customer comfort is also our main focus. Revitalization is one of the efforts we have made and has been running," he expressed, Tuesday (8/23).

GBK Bus Stop Starts Serving Customers Today

He explained that Balai Kota Bus Stop is the third bus stop that has been re-operated after the Kwitang and Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) bus stops. The three stops were included in the 11 bus stops that were revitalized in the first phase.

Aside that, around 46 bus stops will also be revitalized gradually this year.

"We'll continue to make other improvement efforts. Thank you to the people who have entrusted Transjakarta with carrying out their daily activities," he stated.

As for the information, the Balai Kota Bus Stop serves several routes such as, Pulogadung - Harmoni (Corridor 2), Kampung Rambutan - Harmoni (7F), PIK - Balai Kota (1A), Monas - PGC (5C), Pulogadung - Rawa Buaya (2A), and ASMI 2 - Rawa Buaya (2D).
