Moreover, the Jakarta administration had built a 103.5-kilometer bicycle track and would continue to develop it with a target of 500 kilometers of bicycle tracks by 2030.

The bicycle track is a form of support for the Jakarta Ramah Bersepeda program (cycling friendly) and the success of all programs related to the use of bicycle tracks.

He went on to say that the policy was made to motivate and invite the community to take part in using bicycles while doing activities, including socializing on bicycle tracks in Jakarta.

“Dishub must be a trigger for everyone. On Fridays, employees are required to use bicycles. We do control with the person concerned, accompanied by a report," he explained, Wednesday (8/31).

As for employees who do not have bicycles and use public transportation or bike sharing facilities in Jakarta.

"I hope other agencies will do the same, as it aims to maintain the health and fitness of employees," he hoped.
