Jakarta Housing and Local Government Building department will carry out again the development programs of integrated low cost flat (Rusunawa) this year. "We will start in Daan Mogot. The flat will be a pilot program of integrated flat," said Ika Lestari Adji, Head of Jakarta Housing and Local Government Building Department, Monday (1/19).
Adji added, Rusunawa Daan Mogot is chosen as a pilot project because it has the largest Rusunawa in Jakarta with eight blocks and a capacity to accommodate of 640 families (KK).

Especially, for the occupants of the flat who are victims of eviction or relocation of riverbanks.
According to Adji, the integrated flat program in Rusunawa Daan Mogot is targeted to be realized in the second quarter of this year. At the same time, his side will focus on population administration of the rusunawa residents.
"It cannot be done in a hurry, because we are concerned, if their identity is not expedited, there will be another bad person who will sell the towers' unit," she said.
She added that this year her side will gradually implement a program of integrated flats and build 2,000 units of new towers throughout Jakarta. The proposed budget in the 2015 city budget to realize the program is amounted of Rp 2 trillion.
"We have the land in Rawa Bebek and KS Tubun," she disclosed.
