2015, Jakarta City Council Targeted to Pass 17 Raperda

A total of 17 draft city regulations (raperda) are targeted to be passed by Jakarta City Council to become regional regulation (perda) this year. The amount is lower than 2014 which reached 25 perda.

Vice of Council's Legislation Agency (Balegda), Triwisaksana said, 4 of 17 raperda are legilative proposal, while the rest is from the Jakarta Government or executive.
"There are 17 draft city regulations that are targeted and will be discussed during the year 2015. There are only a few that come out now, but it will be discussed according the schedule," said Triwisaksana at City Council on Tuesday (1/20).
DPRD: We Scheduled to Pass 2015 APBD in FebruarySome of the drafts are, raperda of 2014 APBD accountability, raperda of Budget Changes in 2015 Fiscal Year, raperda of Betawi Tourism and Cultural Preservation, raperda of Underground Space, raperda of Provincial Owned Enterprises (BUMD), raperda of RT and RW, as well as the raperda of Zoning Plan for Coastal Areas and Small Islands.
"Yes, we are committed to do and accomplish. Last year, we have excess the target," he added.
