Jakarta Governor Anies Rasyid Baswedan inaugurated the Central Jakarta Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI)Transjakarta Bus Stop yesterday, Saturday (10/15).

According to him, the bus stop which is integrated with the MRT station is made up of two floors. Thus, passengers using the Transjakarta could see tall buildings and the Selamat Datang statue from the pavilion.
"This bus stop is unique because it is facilitated by various activities. Besides having a platform, this bus stop has commercial space for buying and selling activities. So, people can buy what they need," he expressed.

"This is the principle to provide equality which is manifested in the form of building works. I want Jakartans to enjoy good and beautiful facilities. That is the spirit of all of this design," he stressed.
PT Transjakarta President Director, Mochamad Yana Aditya concluded that the Bundaran HI Bus Stop is one of the 46 bus stops that is targeted to be completed this year.
Three iconic shelters were being built along with the Bundaran HI Bus Stop, namely Sarina, Tosari, and Dukuh Atas I stops.
"Alhamdulillah, the Bundaran HI Bus Stop has been officially opened and the inscription was signed by the Governor. Hopefully, this bus stop can become a third space as he said," he uttered, Sunday (10/16).
Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Head, Syafrin Liputo added that the revitalization of this bus stop was aimed at fulfilling the service standards regulated in Gubernatorial Regulation number 13/2019 on minimum service standards for Transjakarta services.
In the regulation, five indicators have been set that must be met in providing services to the community, namely aspects of safety, security, comfort, affordability, regularity, and equality.
"Hope Transjakarta services will be better, thus people in daily mobility get excellent service in Jakarta," he hoped.
