Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Commission C Member, Wibi Andrino, visited the public complaint service post at the City Hall Hall, which aimed at ensuring that the service process was conducive.

He assessed that most complainants were still in minor conflicts or minor issues, including those related to tree pruning, illegal parking, garbage, and so on.
"I hope the results of this public complaint can be immediately followed up by the Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated.
