Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Vice Chairwoman, Rany Mauliani played for Brazil to win the 2022 World Cup which takes place in Qatar.

According to her, the Samba team had a promising, well-known squad with qualified abilities in every line, starting from Alisson Becker, Thiago Silva, Casemiro, Fabinho, Neymar, Raphinha, Vinicius Jr until Richarlison.

"Brazil's line-up at this World Cup is still filled with exceptionally talented players. I'm optimistic that Brazil, which has confirmed that they will qualify for the last 16 phases, will become the champion," she expressed, Wednesday (11/30).

She explained that under the tutelage of coach Adenor Leonardo Bacchi or usually called Tite, Brazil will again achieve glory.

"Brazil has a strong history at the World Cup. Since it was first held in 1930, Brazil has been able to win five World Cups," she explained.

She went on to say that her favorite player at this World Cup is Kylian Mbappe who defended the French national team. He is a flamboyant player who was wanted by many big clubs.

"Mbappe, who is currently defending the Paris Saint-Germain club, has an instinct for scoring high goals. No wonder, thus far, he can become the top scorer while the World Cup," she continued.

At the same time, she also congratulated Persija Jakarta's 94th anniversary. She hoped Persija could continue to achieve achievements and produce players who can bring Indonesia to the World Cup stage.
