"We express our gratitude to the BPN Regional Office for providing PTSL certificates for residents," he expressed.

Jakarta BPN Regional Office Head, Dwi Budi Martono explained that his party had completed the target set by the ART Ministry/BPN amounting to Rp 1.6 million certificates since 2019.

"Until 2022, we have succeeded in issuing 1.8 million land certificates to Jakartans," he explained.

He continued that the BPN Regional Office did not have data on several land plots in Jakarta that until now had not been certified.

"However, some were found in the field of land that had not been certified as the assets belonged to other agencies or were unable to pay fees due to municipal land status. We have conveyed this matter to the governor to find a solution," he uttered.

He added that the Jakarta BPN Regional Office also received a budget grant from the Jakarta Provincial Government for the issuance of 5,000 land certificates.

"Next year, grants will also be given to complete land certificates for Jakarta residents," he stated.
