2,000 LED Lamps will Soon Be Installed in East Jakarta

As many as 2,000 LED lamps have been prepared to be installed in poorly lit buildings spread across East Jakarta. Thousands of these lamps are the result of the procurement of the Jakarta Bina Marga Agency.

It aims to meet the needs of residential areas where the lighting is still lacking

City Utility Network Infrastructure and Public Street Lighting Division Head, Abdul Jabbar expressed the 2,000 LED lamps have 40 and 90 watts of power.

Procurement of 36,305 LED Lamps will Be Proceed

According to him, those lamps will be installed in the second quarter. Its installation was also following up on residents' suggestions submitted through the Musrenbang, the results of the recess of Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) members, as well as direct suggestions from the community submitted to the Bina Marga Sub-agency.

"We will also do the same thing in houses of worship where the lighting is still lacking," he stated.
