PT Transjakarta and Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi (Jabodebek), signed the operational minutes of the first integrated Bus Rapid Transit shelter infrastructure at Sumantri GOR Transjakarta Bus Stop, Friday (24/3).

The signing was carried out by Transjakarta Acting President Director, M Indrayana and Commitment Making Officer (PPK) for Directorate General of Railways, Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, Ferdian Suryo Adhi Pramono at Sumantri GOR Transjakarta Bus Stop.
Transjakarta Acting President Director, M Indrayana expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported the operational trials of several Transjakarta bus stops affected by the construction of LRT Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) today.

He explained the signing was made to improve service to customers who will reopen nine Transjakarta Bus Stop affected by the LRT Jabodebek project.
Those nine bus stops consisted of the Health Agency Bus Stop (BRT Bus Stop of Kuningan Station), Sumantri GOR Bus Stop (BRT Bus Stop of Rasuna Said Station), Setiabudi Utara Bus Stop (BRT Bus Stop of Setiabudi Station), BNN Bus Stop (BRT Bus Stop of Cawang Station), and Dukuh Atas 2 Bus Stop (BRT Bus Stop of Dukuh Atas Station).
Further, there are four non-integrated Transjakarta bus stops, namely Kuningan Timur Bus Stop, Patra Kuningan Bus Stop, Karet Kuningan Bus Stop, and Kuningan Madya Bus Stop.
"Besides the operation of several affected stops, access to Cikoko Cawang Station JPO Stop will also be opened to make it easier for passengers," he uttered.
PPK for Directorate General of Railways, Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, Ferdian Suryo Adhi Pramono uttered that the integration between Transjakarta and LRT Jabodebek transportation modes was initiated by Transportation Ministry and Jakarta Provincial Government.
"We're also in the process of working with Depok and Bekasi administrations to integrate LRT transportation modes with mass transportation in both cities," he said.
