It is done in two ways, namely persuasive by sending warnings and coercive by saving PPKS to be coached in social houses owned by Dinsos.

Of 627 PPKS netted, most of them were scavengers, buskers, homeless people, beggars, and illegal parking attendants.
"P3S personnel are also alerted at PPKS-prone points. There are also personnel who work in the quick reaction unit to respond if there are complaints or reports from the public regarding the existence of PPKS," she closed.
