Jakarta Dinkes Enters Top 10 Nominations for Information Commission's Tinarbuka Award

The Jakarta Health Agency (Dinkes) has made it into the top 10 Nominations for the Fit and Proper Test Results for Candidates for the Tinarbuka Award for the Head/Director/Leader of SKPD Category in the 2023 Information Commission Tinarbuka Award.

It is held as a series of commemorations of National Information Openness Day (HAKIN) on May 4, 2023, which is planned to take place in Kampar, Riau.

Jakarta Information Commission (KI) Commissioner for Information Dispute Resolution, Agus Wijayanto Nugroho congratulated the Dinkes on the success of being in the top 10 and passing the visitation stage.

"Hopefully, it will be optimal and become a role model for public information management by the Information and Documentation Management Officer or PPID," he expressed, Sunday (4/2).

He explained that the Jakarta Dinkes is one of the public bodies that was proposed by KI as a participant and candidate in the 2023 Tinarbuka award.

"The agenda for this award aims to oversee information disclosure and to ensure knowledge and implementation of information disclosure at the regional work unit level at the provincial level," he expressed.

Jakarta Dinkes Head, Purwadi explained that this achievement is an achievement of all levels of the Dinkes that had contributed and are fully committed to overseeing the comprehensive disclosure of public information by PPID.

"Hopefully, in the next visitation stage, the Dinkes can provide more optimal and even better results, thus it can truly become a role model for information management by PPID," he explained.

As for the information, the Jakarta Dinkes successfully passed the administration assessment selection from the selection committee on March 14, 2023, thus it has the right to proceed to the Presentation Stage which will take place on March 28, 2023 at Atria Serpong Hotel, Tangerang, Banten.

Of the 16 participants who took part in the Presentation Stage in the SKPD Head/Director/Leader Category, the Dinkes finally made it into the Top 10 Nominated Candidate Candidates and continued them to the Visitation Stage.

In this award ceremony, Central KI involved several ministries as judges for the presentation of the Tinarbuka Award. Furthermore, Central KI will receive input from the public to provide their opinion regarding the eligibility of the candidates through comments or email to sekretariat@komisiformasi.go.id.
