"Jakarta has made the P3DN Team as an extension of National P3DN Team since 2018 and was renewed through Governor Decree 217/2022 on Team for Increasing Use of Domestic Products," she expressed.
She went on to say that Jakarta Provincial Government had issued City Secretary's Instruction No. 51/2022 on Action Plan to Increase the Use of Jakarta's Domestic Products in 2022 as a guideline for the technical implementation of P3DN.
Several important points in the decree were the formation of the P3DN Team at each SKPD/UKP and optimizing the use of PDN and P3DN reporting through a predetermined application system.
"For hard work, smart work, thorough work, and sincere work, Jakarta won the 1st P3DN Award for the Provincial Government Category. Further, we hope for cooperation and synergy in carrying out P3DN in 2023," she furthered.
Here are efforts executed by P3DN Team to encourage P3DN:
a. Actively participate in National Business Matching from Phase I to IV
b. Encourage SKPD/UKPD to spend TKDN certified products through e-Catalogs and e-Orders and include the use of Domestic Products in KAK and Contracts
c. Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of P3DN implementation every two weeks
d. Conduct Business Matching activities internally to meet the needs of government goods procurement with TKDN certified product producers
e. Assist in inputting PDN spending realization in reporting application systems (BPKP Students, LPSE LKPP, Home Ministry's SIPD)
f. Socialization of TKDN certification and product registration on the LKPP e-Catalog to big industrial companies and IKM
