Kampung Rambutan Sets Up Health Service Post for Travelers

Joint health workers from Cipayung Sub-district Health Center, East Jakarta PMI and Jakarta Health Agency (Dinkes) stand guard at Health Post that was set up at Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal.

LWe have two shifts in the morning and at night

Cipayung Sub-districr Health Center Worker, Idzhar Arrizal expressed the health post will operate for 24 hours until D+7 of Idul Fitri.

"We have two shifts in the morning and at night. Besides health workers, there are also three ambulances," he expressed, Sunday (4/16).

Kalideres Terminal Looks Crowded with Homebound Travelers

The post itself has five officers in shift. They are tasked with conducting health screening to drivers and passengers.

There were also urine and drug inspection services for Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) bus drivers.

His side urges bus drivers who have a history of illness to immediately check themselves at the Health Post at terminal.

"Health is the most important to support a safe and comfortable homecoming," he explained.

Kurnia Bakti Bus (Garut-Jakarta) Driver, Usman Supriyatna (46) admitted he had checked his blood pressure at the Health Post.

"Thank God, the results are good. I will follow all recommendations from health workers to avoid unwanted things while driving," he closed.
