Six Houses on Sunter Agung Completely Burnt

The fire happened again on densely settlement in North Jakarta. Six Houses at RT 23/01, Sunter Agung Sub-District, Tanjung Priok, completely burnt, Thursday (2/26) morning. Fortunately, there is no injured victims nor life in the accident. However the material loss was estimated to Rp 300 millions.

Information gained said that the fire started flaring up about 03.45 AM. It was suspected as short circuit from one of citizen houses named Sugimin (40).
Citizens who were aware of the fire tried to put the fire down using sober tools. However their effort was not working. Condition of the buildings which made of flammable materials makes the fire rapidly expand. After 16 units fire trucks came to the location the fire successfully extinguished .
