Kampung Rambutan Terminal Braces for Peak of Return Flow After Mudik This Weekend

The Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal, Ciracas, East Jakarta will see the peak of the return flow of people celebrating Idul Fitri on Tuesday (4/25) night, the end of the three day holiday period.

The number has continued to increase since last Sunday

It was recorded that the arrival of passengers at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal reached 17,282 people using 1,101 buses.

Kampung Rambutan Terminal Head, Yulza Ramadoni said the return flow of travelers has been seen since Sunday (4/23). As a result, around 4,704 passengers arrived using 338 buses.

"The number has continued to increase since last Sunday," he expressed, Wednesday (4/26).

Then on Monday (4/24), the number of passengers arriving at Kampung Rambutan Terminal reached 5,188 people. They arrived using 365 buses from various regions.

As for the total number of travelers from D-8 to D-1 of Idul Fitri at the terminal reached 14,608 people. They departed using the 901 buses to various regions.

"The second day of Idul Fitri, the number of departures was also high, with 1,112 people using 69 buses," he stated.
