The award for Child-Friendly District (KLA) in Nindya category was again won by the Seribu Islands Regency administration in commemoration of National Children's Day (HAN), Saturday (7/22).

The award was officially handed over by the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Minister, Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati to Seribu Islands Deputy Regent, Muhammad Fadjar Churniawan at Padma Hotel, Semarang, Central Java.
According to him, it is the second KLA award for Nindya category won by Seribu Islands in a row, 2022 and 2023. Meanwhile, in 2021, the KLA will be festive for Middle category.

He added this award is the result of simultaneous, measurable, sustainable, and integrated efforts and hard work of all levels of the KLA task force driven by the PPAPP Sub-agency.
"This is important, thus children can express and build self-character," he concluded.
As for the information, this year, the PPPA Ministry awarded KLA awards to 360 regencies and cities, consisting of 19 Utama categories, 76 Nindya categories, 130 Madya categories, and 135 Pratama categories.
