Agus Himawan Widiyanto has officially served as President Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya replacing Tri Prasetyo who has served it since July 16, 2022.

The Jakarta Provincial Government also replaced the Director of Administration and General, Secretary and member of Supervisory Board for Perumda Pasar Jaya, which is a Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD).

Jakarta BUMD Coaching Board Head, Nasruddin Djoko Surjono said the entire capital of Perumda Pasar Jaya is owned by the Jakarta Government which carries out public services in the management of 153 markets.

"As well as providing coaching for market traders, developing wholesale, and retail businesses," he expressed, Friday (7/28).

The Jakarta Government has refreshed the Board of Trustees and Directors of Perumda Pasar Jaya, namely Mardani Nasir (Council Secretary) to replace R Dwi Murti Nurcahya. Then, Sigit Wijatmoko as Member of Supervisory Board replaced Mardani Nasir.

"Meanwhile, Agus Himawan Widiyanto was appointed as Main Director to replace Tri Prasetyo. As well as Sumanto as Director of Administration and General replacing Zuhdi Mamduhi," he explained.

He explained the replacement of l Secretary and members of Supervisory Board, the Main Director, as well ad General and Administration Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya had been carried out in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the applicable laws.

Therefore, he hoped that the newly appointed Board of Directors of Perumda Pasar Jaya could contribute positively to improving performance through improving good corporate governance.

"Hopefully, the Secretary and members of Supervisory Board and Director, as well as Director of Administration and General of new Perumda Pasar Jaya are able to carry out their duties properly and with full responsibility," he stated.

As for the information, Perumda Pasar Jaya Director, Agus Himawan Widiyanto, previously served as Director of Perumda Sarana Jaya.
