Nakertransgi Agency Promotes Issuance of Certificates and JSHK Program Membership Cards

The Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi) has socialized the Agency Head's Decree Number E-1377/2023 on Technical Instructions and Flow for Issuing Certificates and Social Security Program Participation Cards in Work Relations Outside Working Hours (JSHK).

Its socialization was attended by 100 participants representing workers and companies in Jakarta.

Industrial Relations and Worker Welfare Division Head, Purnomo said the regulation was made to improve the service governance mechanism in the JSHK program, especially in completing membership certificates, thus they can be accepted by companies and workers in a short time.

"It is expected that protection efforts for JSHK program participants can run optimally and effectively," he expressed, Monday (9/11).

At the same time, there was also socialization about Worker Welfare Facilities with material related to regulations and practices for providing worker welfare facilities in companies.

Another material was the development of the Draft Government Regulation about the Provision of Worker Welfare Facilities and Worker Welfare Facilities for Female Workers in Companies.

He also hoped that such socialization could provide an understanding for workers and company representatives to be able to pay more attention to the provision of worker welfare facilities in the company.

"By providing worker welfare facilities in companies, worker productivity and company progress can be increased," he stated.
