Realization of Jakarta Domestic Product Shopping Reaches 71.8 Percent

The Jakarta administration continues to realize its commitment to boost the Use of Domestic Products (P3DN).

Based on monitoring from the LKPP Bigbox Dashboard as of October 15 2023, the realization of spending on domestic products in Jakarta has reached Rp 11.35 trillion or 71.8 percent of the commitment to spend on domestic products by Rp 15.8 trillion.

Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Agency (PPKUKM) Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo said these results could still be improved considering that the target for realization of domestic product spending which was listed as one of the indicators in the Performance Agreement for Heads of Regional Apparatus was 80 percent.

She assessed improvements could be made by optimizing the recording of procurement of goods/services which had been implemented in the Home Ministry's SPSE LKPP and SIPD P3DN systems.

"As well as using TKDN certified domestic products in the procurement of goods/services that will be realized," she expressed, Tuesday (10/17).

She explained the Bylaws on the Jakarta Revised APBD had been presented. Following up on that, she reminded to immediately make the necessary adjustments.

One of them was adjusting the budget ceiling value for the procurement package announced at SIRUP, thus the P3DN commitment in the system was in line with the new budget ceiling value. Aside that, the procurement of goods/services for next year has started to be planned now.

"We're optimizing the use of domestic products from the planning stage for the budget 2024, both Regional Apparatus, Regional Apparatus Work Units, Regional Hospitals, and BUMDs," she added.

She urged all PPK/PPTK/PPBJ in Regional Apparatus, Regional Apparatus Work Units, RSUDs, and BUMDs in Jakarta to keep prioritizing TKDN certified products in every procurement of goods/services.

"Let's optimize the recording of procurement of goods/services in the application system that has been determined to encourage P3DN achievements," she stated.
