Achievement for City's P3DN in Goods and Service Procurement Increased to Rp 5.8 T

The achievement of increasing the Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) in the procurement of goods/services under Jakarta Provincial Government has increased to Rp 5.8 trillion in the period 1 January to August 9, 2023.

Jakarta PPKUKM Agency's Industrial Development Subgroup, Olansons Girsang said the achievement is proof of the commitment of all regional apparatuses to work together to carry out digital reporting, the data of which will be collected by LKPP Bigbox.

He explained the LKPP Bigbox dashboard is a suprasystem for the publication of P3DN achievements at each Ministry/Institution and Regional Government which consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and payment.

He explained the planning stage is integrated with the General Procurement Planning System (SIRUP). The implementation stage is integrated with the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE), online stores, e-catalogs, and PADI UMKM. Meanwhile, the payment stage is integrated with the P3DN Regional Government Information System (SIPD) for the Home Ministry.

"The achievements in the LKPP Bigbox are still homework for all SKPD/UKPD to continue to input in several systems considering Jakarta Government's domestic product commitment in the General Procurement Plan 2023 is Rp 28.3 trillion," he expressed, Thursday (8/10).

He explained the matters that need to be followed up by each SKPD/UKPD include recording all procurement of goods/services in the SPSE LKPP application, carrying out strict monitoring of the procurement of goods/services with the 20 biggest budgets and carrying out periodic evaluations of achievements. He added the LKPP Bigbox system is a dashboard for displaying P3DN achievements, so input cannot be done on this dashboard.

"We can optimize the achievements in this dashboard by inputting it into the planning, implementation and payment systems on the accounts of each SKPD/UKPD," he stated.
