Some 50 joint personnel of the East Jakarta Environment Sub-agency, managed to control three out of 54 vehicles undergoing the emission test raid held on Jalan Raya Pemuda, Jatinegara Kaum Urban Village, Pulogadung, East Jakarta, Wednesday (11/1).

Saeful (35), one of the car drivers netted in the raid admitted that he did not know that his pick-up car had not undergone an emissions test.
"I'm just a driver, vehicle maintenance is usually done by the employer," he stated.
