25 Stalls in Menteng will Be Arranged Using Green Culinary Concept

We want to make the place as a pilot project of street vendors regulation, considering Menteng area is one ring area

As many as 25 stalls owned by street vendors along Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto, Menteng Urban Village, Menteng Sub-District, will be arranged with the green culinary concept. 

Menteng Urban Village Head, Agus Sulaiman stated, the transaction activity will be divided into two shifts. At this time, the construction of green culinary concept has reached 60 percent. 

Street Vendors in Asemka Market to Be Relocated

"The arrangement is also using the corporate social responsibility (CSR), as the location is quite productive and many people passing to look for food, that's why the transaction will be divided into two shifts thus all vendors could be accommodated," he expressed, Thursday (4/2). 

Using the green culinary design is an idea that was made together with the CSR. While for the vendor, will be charged of retribution via DKI Bank's autodebet concept. 

"We want to make the place as a pilot project of street vendors regulation, considering Menteng area is one ring area. We're also still accommodating vendors' necessities yet it has to be organized," he uttered.

As for the cleanliness, every vendor obligated to manage the trash in the location. And for their cart, will be imported from CSR.
