The East Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Sub-Department (KUMKMP) is scheduled to spend Rp 32 billion to acquire a 5,000-square-meters wide land in Kalisari, Pasarebo. The land will be used as a street vendor's guided location (lokbin).

If the vendors have settled the lokbin, they are obligated to pay retribution via DKI Bank using autodebet system. Hopefully, it could increase the local revenue (PAD) from retribution sector.
