Parents Welcoming Special Needs School Bus

The launching of special needs school bus by Jakarta Provincial Government is not only welcomed by student, but also the parents.

I don't need to spend extra money for transportation

Karsinah (48), one of the parents, admitted happy with bus launching. Now she does not need to spend extra money for transportation expense to take her daughter to school.

"I don't need to spend extra money for transportation to take my daughter to school at SLB YPAC Kebayoran Baru. Jakarta Provincial Government already prepares free bus," she said, Wednesday (1/17).

Previously, she was difficult to take her daughter to school from Cakung to Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

"It takes 1.5 hours to the school. My daughter often late to arrive at the school ," she added.

Karsinah thanked to the government for presenting this free bus. Now she does not need to worry that her daughter will be late again.

"Thanks to Acting Jakarta Governor Heru Budi Hartono who already giving this free bus," she closed.

Meanwhile, Indonesia President's Social Special Staff, Angkie Yudistia, appreciated Jakarta Provincial Government for presenting bus for disabled students.

By launching the bus, she admitted, it means Jakarta Provincial Government already has same vision with central government.

"The bus launching is the implementation of UU No 8/2016 about Disabled. Now the parents won't worry to take their son/daughter to the school," she stated.

Angkie hoped this achievement can be a role model for other provinces.
