Satisfaction Index for Mampang Prapatan UP PM-PTSP Services Reaches 91.92 Percent

The Mampang Prapatan Sub-district Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Management Unit (UP PM-PTSP), South Jakarta continues to provide the best service to the community. As a result, in 2023, the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) assessment reached 91.92 percent or in the Very Good category.

Mampang Prapatan Sub-district UP PM-PTSP Head, Revika Lestari said that last year, as many as 314 permits and non-permits were issued through online services.

Pulogadung UPM-PTSP Serves 64,465 Permit and Non Permit Applicants

"The majority of those issued were 52 building permits (IMB), 36 pharmacist practice permits (SIP), and 35 doctor SIP applications," she expressed, Thursday (1/18).

She explained that the Mampang Prapatan Sub-district UP PM-PTSP also assisted in converting or registering Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and Home Industry Food Product Certificates (SP-PIRT) to MSMEs.

"Last year, there were 1,086 NIB assistance and 44 SP-PIRT in five urban villages, while 819 people underwent consultations," he explained.

To speed up this service, she added one of the ways was to provide it directly to the business location by utilizing the innovative Permit Pick-up and Delivery (AJIB) service.

"Hopefully, the services we have provided optimally will satisfy people and feel helped by our services. Taking care of your permits is easy and fun," he hoped.

One of the residents, Wendy (48) appreciated the service provided by PTSP officers at the service counter. The counter officer was very informative and explained in detail the problem he/she was facing.

"I consulted regarding correcting names on different Family Cards and Marriage Books. They (officers) were very detailed in directing me to the correcting stage using a PM 1 certificate via jakevo.jakarta.go.id," he stated.
